Vigil TBPWAS system works on active RFID technology designed to detect workers on site and objects in laydown area which are tagged within a set safety zone, which is called as exclusion zone or hazard zones .
Once the active tag in the zone is detected, the system immediately alerts the operator and workers with a 80db alarm which alerts the driver of an intrusion in the hazard zone
The Front and Rear camera system gives the operator visual access to blind spots which is another add-on safety feature.

Vigil Non Tag Proximity Warning System is designed for Object detection with system alerts providing operators with time to respond to hazards and avoid collisions
Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar detects moving and stationary objects.
Collision avoidance systems can help mine operators minimize the risk of accidents and injury and can translate into cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
Diminished visibility plays a significant role in many construction site accidents. The size and power of excavating equipment leaves little room for error. Blind spots can be quite large and located on all sides of a vehicle. Dust, dirt and debris raised during excavation can have a detrimental effect on visibility and equipment performance
To help overcome these challenges, Vigil Non Tag radar-based sensors is installed at the rear of the dump trucks and heavy equipment`s . The sensors provide active object detection in vehicle blind spots.

Man lift safety usage for protecting operators from entrapment and crushing due to unseen obstruction in high work areas. It also reduces the risk of entrapment by providing a alert that a situation has occurred.
Vigil Highsafe system provides safety to Man lift and other lift equipment operators by incorporating technology that prevents accidents and injury by entrapment and or involuntary operations of the controls.
Real time immediate response system which when activated immediately stops further movement of the boom and immediately activates the audible and visual alarm to notify others of the accident.
Vigil Highsafe has developed two levels of safety.
Level 1: Primary Guarding Device– Physical Steel Barriers or Guards
Level 2: Secondary Guarding Device– Anti Entrapment Protection Pressure Sensing Bar.
